Dearest God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Thank you for this very moment in time and your promise never to leave us.

We are still in the Dark Woods, wandering just what should we do? We need your wisdom, Jesus!

Our nation's pot is full to the brim with dark liquid boiling over with should I lives matter and COVID - 19 like a ghost in the darkness reaching out to touch our bodies. Streets burning, shots fired and silent good - byes.

Dear God, we need your wisdom. We are like sand blown against a sea wall by an angry wind. We need your wisdom to lead and guide us down the right path!

The virus is back! It never left! Today we fight each other because we are asked to wear face masks, hand washing, no mingling on the beach, eat out, no church, social distancing (stand apart), send our kids to school, Should older teachers lose their jobs (What will happen if we have no education!) Dear Readers, you have do you have a plan today, July 22, 2020?

We will vote November 3, 2020 in our town of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

DARK WOODS LEADER

Dear Readers, last week I forgot to tell you my name. It is Frank Boggs, wife, Ethel and our 5 - year old daughter Nellie B.

We are stuck in the dark woods because the leader we voted for lied to us! He said we would be better off with a great economy, but first we had to take this trip through the Dark Woods. He would prove to the world how great he is and he could be voted the best ever leader of the Dark Woods!

My wife, Ethel, almost worship him. She believes everything he says! Even when he lies, she will not change.

The Dark Woods leader has a close friend, Mr. Pace, who will do whatever he wants.

If you recall last week, I saw what looked like deep holes in the dirt outside the old wooden house. I said, "This was bear territory!"

I watched my wife eat her hamburger, the juices running down her lips. My daughter clung to me. I refused to eat!

I was afraid! Suddenly there was a knock at the door.

Mr. Pace opened the door and there stood an elderly man with an ax in his hand. He said, "Hello, my name, I. I know these woods, so when I smelled the meat cooking, I thought I better warn you yolk! This is bear woods and they hunt at night. They smell the meat and come to eat!

The bears smell dinner and this old wooden place is no match for giant bear and you! You better stop the odors, pack your gear and leave before it is too late.

I have a school bus outside.

I can drive you al to the lodge where you will be safe!" The leader of the Dark Woods yelled, "Get out! I know all about the grizzly bears. All you got to do is yell at them and they will run away. Just say, 'Go bear.'" That is when everyone, clapped and chanted, "Go bear!"

Mr. Pace told the old man you better go, the leader of the Dark Woods is worst than any bear!

The old man stood there and repeated, "You need a plan, a bigger plan! 9:52 PM, the bears will kill!"

I said to the little man who knocked on the door to warn us and now driving the bus, "What is your name?"

"I Wisdom"
